ELG’s growth and success is rooted in our historically strong EC/VC practice, as Paul Ellis has been working in this sector of the legal market for more than 20 years. Along the way, he co-founded the New York Technology Council, which is now the 60,000+ member New York Tech Alliance/Tech Meetup, and has sat on the boards of both organizations. Among his activities in support of the startup ecosystem, Paul leads and moderates a long-standing series of panels and webinars on legal issues for startup companies that have featured some of the most prominent VCs, founders and other professionals in the industry.
