This was a major transaction with a meaningful degree of complexity due to the activities of Dasseti in multiple non-U.S. jurisdictions and the company’s significant IP assets. ELG’s corporate team, along with its tax, ERISA, licensing, IP and data privacy attorneys, was Dasseti’s primary legal representation on this transaction and was involved from the deal’s inception through its closing.
